General Appearance: Their usual expression was that of normalcy, his goal was to come off as normal as possible until he had his victim picked.
The Character
Personality: John Gacy is a very complex individual with innocent features in his personality. His ability to detach himself from others gave him the ability to kill them. He often thought about murder and how to successfully get away with such actions. One of his fascinations was how he could kill people and what kind of artistic scene he’d leave behind for others to find. Amazingly, when he’s out in public he watches everyone with a small smile and picks out who in a crowd of people he’d like to kill. He’d simulate a place and think of cutting them open, watching them bleed, hearing them beg for life, smelling their death, touching their cold skin, tasting their desperation. It enthralled him to continue his murderous intent. As a rogue pirate he also killed other pirates, bounty hunters, marines, and revolutionaries. He was out to see the world burn .

History: Gacy grew up normally and went through is life with no anomalies. There’s nothing much of a history. One day he got tired of the normalcy and snapped. His job was being a clown for the village, attending to birthday parties or other special occasions that warranted a clown present. When he snapped he killed his parents, killed his siblings, killed a few kids in town and started his venture of being a serial killer. Their bodies in certain dance stances, as if Gacy was controlling them in a marionette.
Abilities and Possessions
Combat: Gacy had with him a cane, this particular cane concealed a sword, this was Gacy’s popular tool of mayhem. He would use his cane sword to slice and dice his enemies. He often did this with a cold hearted calculation of who to attack, when to attack, where to attack, etc. He was analytical in his victims and how to properly dismantle them to their death.
Weaponry: An iron cane sword.
Items: He has with him clown gags like balloons or water flowers that he uses to distract his victims sometimes.
