    Appearance

    Height: 5'7"
    Weight: 120 lbs
    Hair: Black
    Eyes: Black
Clothing/Accessories: Riggie's favourite article of clothing of all time is a hoodie. Hoodies are great. He can never be found without a hoodie. He usually wears a blue-grey hoodie with a red trim to match his uniform. Underneath the hoodie, he can often be seen wearing gray shorts and red and white trainers. All of these he wears over his spider uniform, which he is never seen without; excluding the mask.

The uniform, officially called the 'Kumogi' or 'Spider Uniform' itself consists of a black skin-tight bodysuit that enables him to move swiftly, patterned with a red spider symbol, and, something more or less unique to Riggie is that he often covers his face using a black mask with large white bug eyes to complete his 'spider' theme. While most pirates may consider this stupid (or childish), for Riggie, the mask and the entire kumogi symbolises the Spider Dōjō where he grew up and received his training, being the last of the spiders, and so he is quite attached to it.

General Appearance: Underneath the costume, Riggie is a dark-skinned, dark-haired boy, with a cute round face and standing still a bit on the short side due to his age. Despite his height, which often leads to him being considered a midget and being looked down upon by others, he has an athletic build due to his years of training, with broad shoulders and well-toned arms and legs. Riggie's hair are puffy, and stick up when they aren't held down by his mask.

    Usual Appearance:

    Background

Personality: Riggie is a smart kid, and he tends to show it by picking up on things quicker than most people. He is both intuitive and intelligent, which shows in his traits as a gifted inventor, even though he has trained primarily as a martial artist. He is introspective, and can often be seen lost deep in thought about... pretty much everything. Riggie is also extremely sensitive, taking what other people may say or think about him to heart, unless they clash with his ideals. Riggie is also quite humble about himself, never one to brag or boast no matter how many accomplishments he gains.

Riggie loves the seas. His father was a pirate, he was born on his father's ship, after all. The sea is Riggie's home. Just the sight of the blues can calm him down no matter how troubled he is. Still being a kid, Riggie tends to be a tad bit naive and overly, but this is rooted in the fact that he is insanely caring and kind. He would never leave any of his nakama behind, and he would gladly fight to the death to protect them.

Overall, Riggie A morally upright kid, he chose the life of piracy neither for the wealth nor the infamy, but simply because he loved the seas, and the freedom the life of piracy brought with him. No one can boss this spider around without earning the right to do so, after all. Despite all this down-to-earthness which is rare among the pirates of the era, Riggie is driven. Motivated by the fact that his father could never become a big name pirate before he was killed, Riggie's dream is to honour his father's dream: to become one of the most respected pirates in history. To this end, he dreams to become strong enough to one day challenge the Yonkou, and weave the web of his own kingdom upon the shores of the New World.

    Hometown: West Blue
    History:

Brigstock Weaver was born to Roger Weaver, a man who had been a pirate for over 20 years in the West Blue but had never amounted to much. Still, he loved adventure and craved it, and continued doing what he did, which was chiefly being a pain in the butt of the World Government. Brigstock, or Riggie he is most commonly known as, grew up in the company of his parents, his mother being the navigator of his father's ship, and thus spent most of his early days growing up on the sea.

Then, the small crew of Weaver Pirates were attacked by another pirate crew not long after they had gotten a rare, high-stakes plunder, and Riggie watched his parents fight and die trying to protect him, his mother throwing him off the ship in a rowboat in an attempt to save him.

The seas carried the starving, depressed four-year-old to Spider Island, a small island hidden deep within the mists of West Blue. He was rescued by an monk-like old man named King, who saw something in Riggie, and brought the child to the Dōjō of the Great Web.  The headmistress of the dōjō, Snyder C. Charlotte, saw something in the four-year-old as well, and she gave him home and food and began to train the boy as one of the pupils of her school.

Years passed, and under the tutelage of Charlotte and King, Riggie learned every tradition that had been passed down in the Dōjō of the Great Web for hundreds of years. Riggie had mastered the basics of the Way of the Jumping Spider, one of the many martial arts traditions in the dōjō, by the time he was 10, surprising everyone in his age group, and meeting his elders' approval and expectations.

Riggie longed for the seas during his time growing up, and while he was grateful to Charlotte and King for giving him the family he had lost, he longed to return to the seas. He wished both to avenge the death of his parents, and to honour their name and dream by becoming the greatest pirate ever, and if not, at least land among the Four Kings of the Sea.

When he was 14, Spider Island was somehow discovered by the World Government (it had, hitherto, been somehow magically concealed). The government sent the Marines to subjugate the island, and feeling their centuries of culture and civilisation was under threat, the Warriors of the Great Web fought and defended their home to the last breath. The spiderlings, including Riggie, were hidden and the battle began. But despite their immense power, the warriors of a single island did not amount to much in a drawn out battle against the nigh-limitless resources possessed by the World Government. The warriors began to fall one by one, and it was at this time that Charlotte tried to sneak the spiderlings off the island along with their Spider technique scrolls in order to preserve their tradition. Riggie was put in-charge, and although he protested against running, Charlotte pressured him, telling him that the survival of their tradition was more important than the lives of any individual.

With tears in their eyes, Riggie and the Spiderlings left the island seeing their home burn. That cemented a great hatred in Riggie's heart for the World Government, but it wasn't over yet. The vessel in which they attempted to escape was discovered, and Riggie and the Spiderlings were forced to engage the Marines themselves. They fought valiantly, but ultimately, they were children or teenagers, and the Marines they were fighting were adults. Ultimately, Riggie was the last spider standing, fighting multiple lower ranking Marines atop one of the ships blockading using the Way of the Jumping Spider, when he was pushed back by a powerful opponent and knocked over a box that contained a Fruit that the Marines had confiscated on an earlier mission. Riggie picked up the fruit that had fallen into his lap without really thinking much about it, and the Way of the Spider scrolls that hadn't been lost, and somehow managed to escape with his life.

But he was the only one who did.

Riggie had to stow away aboard another Marines ship, but he managed to find his way onto another island in West Blue, and from there on he was on his own, travelling the Blues were trying to master and preserve what was left of the teachings of the Spiders of Spider Island. Consuming the fruit he had procured, Riggie discovered that he had Wax powers, and using his artistic streak and creativity he made 'wax webs' one of his signature moves. He vowed vengeance on the World Government, and that he would become one of the greatest pirates the seas have ever seen.

    Inventory and Abilities

Awesomest Roll EverOkay so he's complete and pending review.

I admit I don't really understand all the rules yet especially concerning Technique-making so I'd request whoever's looking over it to please work with me on that if there's a problem.

Okay, Seems you hit a hiccup with your stats here.

    SD Earned: 30
    Stat Points: 32
    Advancement Points: 0
    SD Remaining: 32
    Stats:

    Used for Stats: 27
    Used for Fortune: 5

    Strength: 7
    Speed: 12 (10 +2)
    Stamina: 5
    Accuracy: 5
    Fortune: 10 (7 + 3)

the way fortune works is your core stats /4 so that gives you 6 fortune with the 5 reduction you took to go to fortune. so 6+3 is only 9 and you would have to plan accordingly for the tp drop and rank drop.

other than that i don't really see any problems. let me know when thats all sorted out.

Sorry for the delay btw lifes been rough for the staff right now.
